User Agreement

1. The terms used in the text of the Agreement have the following meaning:

Administration: Individual Entrepreneur Maryna Oleksandrivna Aleksandrenko. Postal address: Office 6, 20-B Dyachenko Str., Kyiv, 02088, Ukraine.
A User: a person who views information on the website and (or) orders and receives services using the website’s tools.
Services: interactive services of the website.
Agreement: this Agreement and amopublisher.com website’s use rules.
2. All Users can view the website’s content and familiarize themselves with information, materials, and other data posted on it.
3. All Users can use the website’s services.
3.1. Before filling in his personal data on the website, the User gives his consent to the collection and processing (accumulation, storage, adaptation, recovery, use, distribution, depersonalization, and destruction) of the data specified by him, namely: name and surname; Email address; phone number; postal address; other data, to provide publishing services, relations in the field of consumer rights protection, advertising, and marketing research. The User also consents to the transfer (distribution) of his data to any databases, libraries, and (or) aggregators, and other third-parties persons (without limitation) at the discretion of the Administration.
This provision is valid without time limitation.
3.2. The source of personal data collection is information directly and voluntarily provided by the User.
4. The User may be denied access to the services in case of providing inaccurate information upon registration on the website or violating other rules specified herein.
5. The user undertakes to read this Agreement carefully. In case of disagreement with its terms, the user undertakes to immediately stop using the website.
6. The Administration may at any time, without notifying Users, make changes to the Agreement, as well as to the services, materials, information, and any other data posted on the website.
7. The Users are allowed to access and download content on the website for their own use, provided they fully abide by all Ukrainian intellectual property protection laws and other legal requirements in force at the time. It is forbidden to use content, information, and other data published on the website for commercial or public purposes. Without permission from the proprietor, it is forbidden to use any content, information, or other website data on other websites.
8. All possible disputes resulting from or connected to this Agreement shall be resolved following the current legislation of Ukraine.
9. Inaction on the part of the website Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the Agreement’s provisions does not deprive the site administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to defend its interests and copyrights protected by the law.
10. The User confirms that he is aware of and agrees to all of the terms of this agreement.
